Introduction
I love soups and I like to eat them all year round, whether it's summer or windowsill, day or night. However when I started following this lifestyle, I didn't have many options available, so I went to my kitchen and I started experimenting, trying to come up with very healthy soupschilliet were satisfying to your taste. .and unfortunately I have come across three very good soup recipes which I am going to share with you in this video. So when can you soup? You can either have a soup as an alternative to your cereal mail if you want something light, or you can substitute every once in a while if you want to go grain-free for a day or so. Downhearted. Okay, so let's start with the recipes.
1st recipe
You can have your salad with the soup. OK, so let's start with the first super recipe, which is Creamy Pumpkin Soup. This is an excellent recipe. Now though we didn't set. You need three cups of coconut milk. Always make sure that you make coconut milk at home. I will give you the method in detail below. Half a kilo of red pumpkin, a sprig of rosemary. 2 tbsp time one tbsp. I have a little green chilli, quickly drop your pumpkin. Remember to leave the skin on. Once it happened. I did a steamer and steamed it for about 10 to 15 minutes or until its soft. Then transfer the pump to a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything until smooth. Notice how we only cook pumpkin and not coconut milk, now coconut in its raw natural form is healthier but by heating, it turns into cholesterol which causes all these diseases in your body. The way nature has given us, it is right, no. The creation of living beings is done by heating them. Once you have bought this soup, add any vegetable of your choice over it. I'm using beans, broccoli, carrots and peas, all of which still only used seasonal vegetables. This soup is by far my favourite of all the recipes. Just see the beauty of natural food. We haven't added any seasoning, and yet it's bursting. Let's rock, and it's because of the rosemary and thyme. Try removing heat-producing spices from your food and replace them with herbs like coriander, curry leaves, basil, mint, oregano, rosemary, lemongrass. There are just too many. If you are putting a lot of spices in your food in the form of Korra masala and chilli powder they have no idea that by putting video in your body every day I am not asking you to give up the taste but trying to bring I use herbs to flavour my food and not spices.
2nd recipe
Green Papaya soup. For taste, you need one raw green papaya, 2 cups of coconut milk, two cups of water. You need three stocks of fresh lemongrass, 2 teaspoons of coriander seeds, half a small green chilli cut into small pieces, a half-inch piece of fresh ginger, a tablespoon of lemon juice and two teaspoons of salt. Once you feel your papaya, cut it into small pieces. Just make sure your pieces aren't too big, otherwise, it won't steam well afterwards. After this take a steamer and put the pieces of papaya in the steamer and put them in the steam for about 15 minutes, whereas in the first steam just take a shallow pan and fry the coriander seeds, green chillies, ginger and lemongrass together. By the way, I shredded the lemongrass into pieces. I added a little water and stirred until the flavour was soaked in for the next 30 or so times with the other ingredients in the blender. Water, coconut milk, steamed papaya, lemon juice and salt and mix everything well. Next, it's time to serve. Take out this soup in a bowl and garnish it with some fresh coriander. Now, this soup is great too. Lemongrass. Tested with good thai taste you can easily have it as a main meal if you add a few more vegetables.
3rd recipe
Okay, so let's move on to our last soup and the easiest of the three, avocado soup. You will need three tomatoes, which I have harvested after shaking off their seeds. 1 cup carrot juice, three cups coconut milk, half an avocado. And to taste 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons carom seeds, half a small green chili, 2 tablespoons and two teaspoons of salt. So to prepare the soup, simply put the audio material in a blender. And blend until smooth onion soup is ready. No, I'm not kidding. It's so easy because it's a cold soup. It's faux, so there's no cooking involved, which makes it the healthiest of the three because all the nutrients are retained for topping any vegetable of your choice. Now, since the base is already misplaced, I like to keep the toppings. Draw as well so that it turns 100% on me. So I'm just going to add some capsicum, coconut, coriander and pumpkin seeds and now you have this nutrient-rich snack. Dense Droopy can be a ready-to-eat meal with all the goodness of plant-based foods. No oil, no spicy seasoning. And trust me, it tastes good otherwise. We don't do anything about it so these were three so please let me know in the comments below what you like or even things you don't want to try. ll see you
